 Some Problems with Installation, Handles Squeek April 28, 2009
We were selling a house and I needed two cheap, easy-to-install bathroom faucets. I've installed a fair number of faucets over the years and this was, by far, my worst experience. The plastic parts used to assemble the drain spout and plug were fragile and leaked. I had to spend $50 in replacement parts to repair this inadequacy. Considering that I could have spent $100 and received a higher quality faucet that would have been easier to install, this cheap fixture wasn't worth the money. To make matters worse, about a month after installation both handles started squeaking. Now I need to disassemble the handles and lubricate them. Going cheap was a mistake.
Delta is a solid brand, but Moen is much better. If you need a fixture for your own home, I'd recommend a higher quality faucet like the MOEN 6410BN Eva Two Handle Lavatory Faucet with Drain Assembly, Brushed Nickel. You'll save time and ultimately have a much higher quality, longer lasting fixture that doesn't leak.

We had so much trouble with our previous faucet and so we bought this! It was fairly easy to install and it looks beautiful...has a very nice finish to it! I like the style and now my water drains beautifully! Love this faucet and highly recommend it!
Nice Faucets May 27, 2008
I bought one of these faucets for each bathroom. I had ordered them on the gold box but they were not able to fill the order after all.They were delayed but we did get them. I am so glad we did receive them,because I love these faucets. They look so nice and expensive. I am really proud of them. I think they will give us a lot of yrs. of service.
Delta 2-handle faucet April 15, 2008
Bought 2 of these faucets to update our bathrooms. Installation was easy. Fit, feel and operation of these faucets is excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

I love the flow of this faucet. Looks great and is easy to use. The plastic parts under the sink are a bit difficult to use at times. Trying to install this into an existing pedestal sink was a bit of a challenge yet not too hard. I give it a 2 out of 5 on the difficulty scale.
Well worth it.
