I previously bought the large container alone on sale at Bed Bath and Beyond for the same price as I just purchased this whole set! Everything I've tried thus far really has lasted longer, stayed crisper, etc. It will reduce wastage (I end up throwing out a lot of produce that turns too quickly and I forget about in the produce drawer) and help keep me stay on my eating plan (aka diet). The largest size has really been sufficient (a previous reviewer hoped it would have been deeper.) The smaller containers are also useful, and I like that the containers and lids nest together. I don't have a lot of cabinet space so that's an advantage. They're also BPA free. I like these so much I'm getting another set for my sister. (written by the wife, of course.)

These are great little containers that hold a lot and keep produce fresh. I love that they are bpa free too!

At first these Rubbermaid containers are helpful, and appear to seal well. However, they are NOT BPA free, and if you put them in hot, soapy water once, or the dishwasher top rack, the lids will warp. Soon, you'll notice the lids are difficult to attach to the containers, the corners pop up, and they progressively become worse the more you wash them. I'm switching to Anchor Hocking, or Pyrex glass storage.

I absolutely love these storage containers! Fruits and vegetables stay fresh so much longer than green storage bags or other containers. Finally, I can buy in bulk and not have to worry about wasting food. I'd love to see these in all different sizes.

I've been using them for over a year now and they are just as sturdy as when new. They have been thru the dishwasher dozens and dozens of times (top rack). All the fruits and veggies keep much longer in these containers! =D
